Gary was shot and killed, 3 people killed in one day
On May 3, 2025 three people were shot and killed in Charlotte, NC. Gary Pickett, 18, was killed in a shooting on Browns Avenue. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Gary was killed in a double shooting at 3:45 p.m. 2 males were shot at a residence. EMS transported both victims to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, Gary died at the hospital. The other victim is in critical condition.
Earlier on the same day a man named Kamorrie was murdered.
The first homicide on May 3rd was at 3 a.m., a victim was shot and killed at apartments.
