VICTIM MURDERED NEAR UNC CHARLOTTE

A shooting homicide took place on March 19, 2025 on Mary Alexander Rd. Charlotte, NC near UNC Charlotte.

At 2 p.m. officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call. Emergency officials discovered a victim with a gunshot wound. EMS pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
