The man was standing waiting for the bus when an SUV lost control. The man heard the tires screeching on the SUV and he tried to get out of the way, but it was too late and the vehicle smashed into him. Video shows a bus crash at the Charlotte Douglas Airport.
The collision caused a heavy metal trash can to come barreling into another man that was pumping gas.

The 60-year-old man died on scene. The driver of the SUV was injured and taken to the hospital. Several other victims were injured as well.
