FEDS CHARGE CHARLOTTE MEN IN HEROIN TRAFFICKING CASE

Javier Rosas, 36, and Justino Sanchez, 31, were arrested on drug trafficking charges.

On October 4, 2019 members of The Homeland Security Investigations task force executed a drug federal search warrant at apartments located on 2615 Beech Nut Drive Charlotte, NC.

Sanchez and Rosas were located in different bedrooms during the protective sweep of the residence. Trafficking amounts of heroin were found inside a bedroom and a refrigerator. Baggies, cash, cell phones, and papers were seized during the search warrant.

Sanchez and Rosas were arrested, charged with trafficking heroin and maintaining a dwelling.
