ICE DEPORTS GANG MEMBER AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT TO EL SALVADOR

October 29, 2019 Moises De Jesus Ruiz-Mejia, 25, was deported to El Salvador from St. Paul Minnesota.

Moises is wanted in his home country of El Salvador for aggravated homicide and involvement in a terrorist organization.

On May 1, 2019, ICE officers arrested Moises after Interpol issued a red notice seeking him for aggravated homicide and for his involvement in the 18th Street gang (Surenos 18).

Moises illegally entered the United States on Oct. 12, 2018, a day before the Salvadoran government issued the arrest warrant naming him as a suspect in the homicide.
