A female victim’s BMW SUV was stolen at a Citgo gas station in Chicago, Illinois on January 3, 2024.
The woman is seen pumping gas by her vehicle in the cold afternoon at 3 p.m. A suspect exits a white car and runs over bending down to avoid being detected.
The suspect opens the victim’s driver side door and drives off, the victim gives a brief foot chase to no avail.
The BMW still has not been located.
