MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO ROBBERY, HE STOLE CAR AND BROKE INTO A HOME

Quandarius Shine, 34, pled guilty to robbery with a dangerous weapon and a number of other charges on September 4, 2024 in Charlotte, NC.

The conviction stems from an armed robbery in 2023 on Trailer Dr. Charlotte, NC. Quandarius stole the victim’s vehicle. 

Quandarius then entered a home via forced entry. The homeowner fired a single shot from a handgun at Quandarius.  

There was a passenger in the vehicle that Quandarius stole, which amounted to a kidnapping.

Quandarius was later arrested. In 2024 Quandarius pled guilty to robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, felony breaking and entering, felony conspiracy,  larceny after breaking or entering, being a habitual felon, larceny of a motor vehicle,  and second degree kidnapping. 

A judge sentenced Quandarius to 78-106 months in prison.
