24-year-old Damian Ross and 21-year-old Raven Moye both live in Charlotte, NC and are both charged with murder and robbery. The suspects were arrested on February 8, 2022 in Charlotte, charged with the murder of 51-year-old Charles Lilley.
Charles was shot and killed in Pitt County, NC during a brazen home invasion style robbery on January 30, 2022 just after 8:30 p.m. at a mobile home. The door was kicked in and people came into the home with guns.
A pistol, prescription medication, and hundreds of dollars in cash were stolen from the mobile home during the murder style home invasion.
Cops say both Damian and Raven were suspects in a string of shootings that occurred in the days after the murder.
Damian and Raven are charged with first degree murder, first degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of first degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit first degree burglary, and larceny of a firearm.
