Jasmine Fleming, 25, was arrested in or around Charlotte, North Carolina on a charge of Driving While Impaired.
On an early August 2019 morning, a vehicle was pulled over in a traffic stop for an alleged lane control violation on Interstate 85 in Mecklenburg County. During the course of the traffic stop, a trooper allegedly began smelling a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle.
The stopping trooper says standardized field sobriety testing was performed at the scene. Upon the alleged testing Jasmine was placed under arrest, charged with driving while impaired.
Jasmine allegedly had a breath testing result of .12, official documents say.
