On February 15, 2022 Carla Bailey, 26, killed herself at the IKEA store located at 8300 Ikea Blvd Charlotte, NC. Carla was inside a vehicle when she committed suicide. No gunshots were heard, so it is not known at the moment what method of suicide was performed.
However, Carla was found bleeding slumped on the car with the driver’s side window busted out.
Shoppers in the IKEA heard a code 1000 over the intercom. The car was surrounded by cops and yellow crime scene tape. The scene backed up customer traffic.
Carla was pronounced deceased on the scene. Avonna Proctor, 27, shot and killed herself at Atruim hospital.
