On July 2, 2016 Kelsey was arrested for DUI in or around Charlotte, NC.
Her case took several years to make it to a jury verdict. At trial Judge Eady-Williams sentenced Kelsey to 30 days in the Mecklenburg County Jail; that
sentence was suspended pending Kelsey’s successful completion of 12 months of unsupervised probation.
