Elisabeta Victor, 20, was arrested on September 20, 2024 accused of stealing clothing from the Burberry Store located at South Park Mall on Sharon Road Charlotte, NC.
In 2024 a group of 3 females entered the Burberry Store. A juvenile female distracted mall employees while Elisabeta and another adult allegedly began looking at merchandise.
Elisabeta is accused of selecting a Burberry shirt valued at $760 and hiding it in her dress while the other adult female watched for employees.
The women are then accused of leaving the store without purchasing the merchandise.
The suspects made it out of the mall, but surveillance footage helped identify them. Elisabeta was arrested and charged with larceny and conspiracy.
