WOMAN ACCUSED OF POINTING GUN AT EX-BOYFRIEND OVER TOW TRUCK

Takescha Wright, 34, was arrested on January 11, 2025 accused of assaulting and pointing a gun at her ex-boyfriend Steven in Charlotte, NC.

The altercation was at apartments on Dawnshire Ave. Takescha is accused of going to the apartment to confront Steven over her vehicle being towed. 

During the disagreement Takescha is accused of hitting Steven on the head with a gun and pointing the handgun at the victim. The two then began physically fighting over the handgun. 

Steven hit Takescha in the face and pushed her on the ground. Takescha sustained a busted lip and laceration to her head from the fight. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Cops were called and text messages were shown to police that allegedly showed Takescha making threats to Steven multiple times. 

Takescha was determined to be the primary aggressor, she was arrested charged with domestic violence, assault by pointing gun, and assault with deadly weapon.

Takescha was hospitalized and given a head bandage due to her injuries.
