Ebriyanna got into a fight with her family. The fight occurred late at night in the parking lot of the Shell gas station.
Ebriyanna’s mother and step father were arguing at the gas station about money and personal property.
Ebriyanna is accused of grabbing her step father, the man then punched Ebriyanna in the face.
All 3 of them fell to the ground and began to fight. Ebriyanna had extensive facial injuries from the fight.
Cops identified Ebriyanna as the primary aggressor and then arrested her on charges of simple affray. Charlotte gas station violence is very common.
