On October 26, 2024 Casey Korbely, 38, was killed on Tuckaseegee Road Charlotte, NC at 8:11 p.m.
Casey was involved in a motorcycle and pickup truck collision. At 8:11 p.m., Casey was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Tuckaseegee Road. A truck was pulling out of a residential lot, the truck and the motorcycle then collided on the front side of the truck.
A mother was killed in a motorcycle crash, her son died years earlier in a separate crash
Casey was knocked off the motorcycle and thrown onto the asphalt. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram. When officers arrived on scene, they located the 2 passengers of the truck that were seriously injured.
Casey died on scene. The truck occupants were transported to Atrium Health Hospital.
It has yet to be determined if speed was a factor for the motorcycle or if impairment was a factor for either driver.
