On Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at around 11:20 pm, a male suspect walked up to the front of a convenience store in Houston, Texas.
The male approached the victim and asked him if he could have his necklace.
When the victim said no, the suspect pepper sprayed the victim in the face and took his scooter.
