Watch as a crazed church member tried to kill the pastor in the pulpit in front of pastor’s daughter, the gun jammed. Look at God!!
On May 5, 2024 a church member tried to kill Pastor Glenn Germany at Jesus’ Dwelling Place Church in North Braddock, PA. Bernard Polite, 26, is the church member. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Pastor Glenn was in the middle of a preaching sermon on the topic of praising God. Shootings at churches tend to occur often in the United States.
As the pastor was preaching, Bernard gets up and walks to the front of the church. Bernard then points a gun directly at the pastor and pulls the trigger, but the gun jams, within the same second the pastor runs and ducks for cover behind the pulpit podium.
Another male church member then quickly runs and tackles Bernard. Pastor Glenn then runs to take the gun away from the suspect. Pastor Glenn’s 14-year-old daughter was in the congregation watching.
Police were called and Bernard was arrested charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide.
Bernard is being held without bail at the Allegheny County Jail. Pastor Glenn says that he has forgiven Bernard.
