Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit are conducting a death investigation. A victim was killed on Kirkville Lane Charlotte, NC on June 28, 2025.
At 7:40 p.m. the victim was shot and killed at a residence. Officers responded to a call for an assault with a deadly weapon. The victim was discovered with a gunshot wound.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. At this time, no suspects are being sought.
