Juforest Hicks, 21, is Charlotte’s latest homicide victim. Juforest was shot on December 17, 2018 on South Boulevard.
Upon being shot the victim was able to relocate to Axminster Court, which is where he was located by paramedics and transported to the hospital.
After hours of battling life threatening conditions, Juforest died at the hospital in the early morning hours of December 18.
