Helen Sora Rodriguez, 20, Fabian Ramirez, 21, and Michael Sora, 27, were all arrested on October 30, 2024 after being charged with stealing several items from the Marshalls located on Sharon Amity Rd. Charlotte, NC.

A larceny operation was being conducted at Marshalls by police. Asset protection observed 3 suspects inside the Marshalls, two of them picked up duffel bags. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram now.
Helen and Michael are accused of using a security tag remover to remove security sensors from selected clothing.

After removing the sensor, the clothing was placed in the duffel bags. According to cops, Fabian had a sensor remover also and a bag of his own and he was seen removing sensors and placing clothing in his selected duffel bag.

The trio remained near each other and was acting as each others lookout during the alleged theft.

After selecting a Michael Kors handbag, Tommy Hilfiger jacket, Karl Lagerfeld shirt, jeans, socks, and electronic accessories, the trio met back up and left the business without first purchasing the items, cops say.
Officers apprehended all three suspects outside the store in the parking lot. They were all arrested charged with felony conspiracy and larceny.
