Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) arrested an El Paso, Texas man for possessing and receiving child pornography.
Peter Felix, 25, was arrested by federal agents on April 18, 2019 after a federal search warrant was executed at his east El Paso home. Special agents seized a laptop computer, USB drive and an external hard drive; a preliminary forensic review revealed more than 50 files containing suspected child sexual exploitation material.
Earlier this week a federal judge ordered Peter detained without bail.
