18-year-old Jacob Ramos was arrested on his birthday October 17, 2025 accused of murdering a victim in Charlotte, NC.
Jacob is charged with shooting a killing a victim on July 8, 2023. There were several people murdered on July 8th in Charlotte, although it is not known exactly which one Jacob is charged with murdering.
