The killer of Cameron Graham will walk free after the district attorney refuses to press charges, both parties were 16
Cameron Graham, 16, was murdered during a stabbing at North Forsyth High School in Winston Salem, NC on December 9, 2025. The suspect is a 16-year-old male. Both Cameron and the suspect were students at North Forsyth High School. The district attorney’s office decided to not press charges, saying the stabbing was accidental. Cameron and the suspect were fighting in the school bathroom over a marijuana vape. The two were seen scuffling and body slamming each other. Both pull out knives and attempt to stab each other.

Cameron is stabbed multiple times and is seen falling to the filthy bathroom floor. Cameron dies on scene at the school.
A lock down was placed on the school by the principal. The school was later evacuated. The student suspect was detained by police, but prosecutors unexpectedly dropped charges on the suspect.
Prosecutors claimed the stabbing was accidental. Even though the victim and suspect are seen fighting and trying to stab each other, no charges will be filed and the suspect will walk free.
