19-year-old Nasim Scruggs is missing. He was last seen at his mother’s residence on Peppervine Lane Charlotte, North Carolina. Missing people in and around Charlotte are vast.
Nasim was reported missing at approximately 6:04 p.m. on February 29, 2024. Nasim was wearing a light brown shirt, dark brown sweatpants, brown and white Nike sneakers, and a black coat.
