Guillermo is going to prison for years after having sexual relations with young girl in Charlotte, no taco Tuesday in prison
Guillermo Medina, 28, pled guilty to statutory sex offense with a child on November 7, 2025 in Charlotte, NC. He touched the breasts of a 13-year-old girl.
Guillermo was arrested on November 16, 2023, after the teen girl told cops Guillermo was sexually assaulting her on Sunrise Ct. Charlotte, NC. We reported on the rape when it first occurred in 2023.
On November 16, 2023, detectives were contacted by officers in reference to a juvenile sexual assault. The victim’s sister observed Guillermo in bed with the girl with his arms wrapped around her at a home on Sunrise Ct. Guillermo was shirtless and was under the covers with her.
Guillermo then left the house. The sister asked the victim what was going on. The victim then disclosed that Guillermo had been coming into her bed since July 2023.
Guillermo would touch the girl’s vaginal areas and breasts, both on top and under her clothing. Guillermo told the victim not to tell. The victim says she was scared to tell her sister what happened but decided to tell because she was concerned that the suspect would do it to her younger sister. The sister then called 911 to report the alleged sex crimes.
The victim disclosed to detectives that Guillermo comes into her bed daily and touches her private areas, and makes her touch his private areas.
Sometimes Guillermo would come in the early morning hours and wake the victim up to touch her. The suspect had sex with the victim one time.
All of the incidents happened in the victim’s bed which is in the garage of the house. Upon getting this information, police contacted Guillermo and he agreed to a voluntary interview with detectives.
During the interview, the suspect admitted to digitally penetrating the victim in her private areas and having other sexual contact.
Guillermo was then arrested charged with statutory rape with a child, statutory sex offense with a minor, and indecent liberties with a minor.
At his November 2025 trial Guillermo pled guilty to statutory sex offense and was sentenced to 144-233 months in prison, he must also register as a sex offender for 30 years.
