Keyshawn Gilmore, 18, pled guilty to assault on a female on November 11, 2025. He bit, strangled, and assaulted a woman in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The fight was in April 2025. The woman went over to Keyshawn’s house, they had been in a dating relationship.

They got into an argument and Keyshawn told the woman to leave. As the victim was gathering her belongings to leave, Keyshawn got upset and started assaulting her.

A woman was accused of biting a female during a fight in Charlotte

He punched and bit her several times. When the female victim ran out of the house, Keyshawn followed her, grabbed her by her hair and pulled her back to the house. The victim had bite marks on her body.

Keyshawn started to strangle her, causing the victim to have difficulty breathing and vomit. The victim was eventually able to get away from Keyshawn and run for help.

Keyshawn was arrested in May 2025 charged with kidnapping and assault by strangulation. In November 2025 the suspect pled guilty to assault on female and was given 60 days in jail.
