23-year-old Conley Monroe was arrested on July 14, 2021 charged with attempted first degree murder and intent to kill.
Victims were shot at in a north Charlotte, NC neighborhood on July 14, 2021 near W.T Harris Blvd. A suspect fired several shots at two victims, hitting a vehicle and a house in the process. The shooter then fled the scene. 17 shell casings were reportedly found on the scene.
Conley was arrested later that day and charged with attempted first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon intent to kill, discharge firearm in city, injury to property, and possession of firearm by felon.
