With a red face, a suspect was arrested at the AC Hotel on East Trade Street, accused of back pack full of guns
Nolan Drake, 29, was arrested on March 19, 2026 at the AC Hotel in Charlotte, NC. The AC hotel is located at 220 East Trade Street in the heart of uptown Charlotte. It is unknown by us what the red stuff on Nolan’s face is or where it came from.
Nolan was staying at the AC Hotel. At some point he got kicked out of his room. Staff at AC Hotel called the police on him fearing he was armed, although being armed with guns is not illegal.
Cops arrived and searched Nolan, likely unconstitutionally and found a few glock guns in his bag.
Nolan was arrested charged with carrying concealed gun. Now Nolan may have a legal claim on the AC Hotel for calling the police on him for simply having guns in his bag. The Second Amendment allows us to carry guns.
