SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER A DOUBLING SHOOTING ON TUCKASEEGEE ROAD

Hubert Wilkinson, 29, has been charged with the murder of Lawrence Crank, 44. On June 29, 2020 Lawrence was killed in a double shooting on Tuckaseegee Road Charlotte, NC.

Lawrence was shot inside of a business, he was pronounced deceased on the scene. Another man was shot too, but he survived.

On Friday, July 17, 2020, Hubert was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

16 people have been murdered in Charlotte within the last 30 days. 9 people in late June 2020 were murdered.

While 7 people in the last 7 days were murdered.
