Rahim Martin-Byrd, 25, was killed on July 18, 2020 on Balsam Fir Drive Charlotte, NC.
Officers responded to reports of someone who was shot in a parking lot. When they arrived, officers located Rahim with an apparent gunshot wound. Rahim was pronounced deceased on scene.
