Caleb Wilson died during a Omega fraternity ritual, now Omega also known as “da brahs” will likely be banned on that campus
20-year-old Caleb Wilson was a student at Southern University. He died during a Omega fraternity ritual in Baton Rouge, LA.

Caleb was pledging to become a member of the Omega Psi Phi frat.
The potential Omega members including Caleb were at a park at 3 a.m. in the morning performing an Omega ritual where participants stand in some sort of weird line and do strange things.

During the Omega ritual Caleb collapsed and was unresponsive. A group of Omega members then brought Caleb to Baton Rouge General Hospital. Caleb was pronounced deceased.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death. No arrests have been made yet.
Southern University has issued the following statement:
Southern University and A&M College is aware of an off-campus incident that may have resulted in the death of student Caleb Wilson, a junior from New Orleans majoring in mechanical engineering. The campus community extends condolences to his family, classmates and loved ones.
Caleb was also a member of the Human Jukebox, the school’s marching band. Caleb was a junior majoring in mechanical engineering.
