NORTH CAROLINA CELL PHONE FIXER KILLED IN SHOOTING

29-year-old Elchin Khalilov was shot and killed today near his cell phone repair job in Charlotte, NC.

On January 14, 2019 Elchin was shot in a strip mall within the 3100 area of North Sharon Amity Road. Elchin worked at a cell phone repair shop on the property.

There are no reported motives for the shooting or leads.
