Kelvin was shot and killed on July 19, 2019 on Pinyon Pine in the afternoon. Kelvin was driving in the Kings Tree neighborhood when he was savagely shot in the chest.
A vehicle had drove by and shot Kelvin multiple times. The vehicle then sped off.
The shooting caused the young man to swerve into a house on Pinyon Pine Lane and crash. Kelvin died on scene.
Kelvin could sing very well, and he loved his kids and family. After nearly 6 years, no arrests have been made and there are no suspects. Kelvin’s kids miss him dearly.
