MAN MURDERED IN WEST CHARLOTTE SHOOTING

Kwandarrius De’Markeith Montaviu Howze, 24, was murdered on September 21, 2023 on Park Fairfax Drive Charlotte, NC.

At 5:38 a.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon 911 call at apartments on the aforementioned road. 

Upon arrival, officers discovered Kwandarrius with apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.
