On Tuesday, October 31, 2023 on Halloween night, a male victim was shot and killed on Eaglewood Avenue Charlotte, NC.
At 10 p.m. the victim was shot in a neighborhood. Emergency personnel arrived on scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
Halloween always poses a risk for young kids out trick or treating. Children were near the scene and heard the shots fired, but no kids were hurt.
