A woman was accused of murdering her niece on New Year’s Eve during a shooting
The girl was shot on her side resulting in damage to her spleen, liver, kidney and stomach. A family member or family friend drove the girl to the hospital before cops arrived.
The child remains in critical condition. Police arrested Vintasia charging her with felony child abuse and assault with a deadly weapon. Surprisingly enough, Vintasia has already bonded out of jail.
