Young mother Tabulon Debreshea Reece was killed in a homicide just one day after Valentine’s Day
On February 15, 2026 Tabulon Debreshea Reece, 33, was murdered on Lawton Road Charlotte, NC in the rain. Nicholas Gandy, 37, was arrested accused of murdering Tabulon. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
At 6 a.m., officers responded to a well being 911 call. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tabulon dead. She had sustained apparent physical trauma. It was raining heavily when Tabulon was killed, as seen from footage at the scene.
Nicholas was arrested the next day charged with murder. It is unclear what their relationship was. Tabulon was a mother and leaves behind 2 kids.
