Travoscia Brown, 32, was murdered on November 20, 2023 in Charlotte, NC. John Joseph, 47, is accused of murdering Travoscia.
Travoscia was shot on West Arrowood Road at 4:17 a.m. Officers responded to the shots fired. Travoscia died on the scene.
John remained at the scene and was arrested charged with murder.
