No arrests were made. The victim was close friends with Tahaley Payton and even attended her funeral.
Tahaley was from South Carolina, she was in Charlotte celebrating her birthday when she was kicked out the car by her boyfriend and left in the cold. She was found dead weeks later, she died from hypothermia.
