A violent shooting killed 25-year-old Derrick Barber in Charlotte, NC on July 15, 2021. Derrick was shot in south Charlotte during the afternoon. Friends then drove the victim to a nearby hospital in Pineville.
Derrick was treated at the hospital for emergency care, but was transferred to a different hospital. Derrick eventually died from being shot.
16-year-old Travell Moore was shot and killed in broad daylight in south Charlotte.
Marquise Chandler, 27, was shot and killed on July 13, 2021 in the afternoon.
