George Agee, 63, was killed on Christmas Eve during a fight at a gas station on North Tryon Street Charlotte, NC.
Around 9 p.m. an altercation took place at the gas station between the victim and a contracted employee of the business. The employee shot George.
Officers located George on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital and was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
The employee has not been criminally charged at this time.
