On July 10, 2021 a mail man identified as John Eagan, 56, was arrested in Seneca Falls, NY after being charged with DWI on the job.
John was delivering mail in a neighborhood when he fell out of his postal service vehicle while it was still moving. John’s face hit the hot asphalt, and it left a red mark.
The postal vehicle was still moving when John fell out, and it crossed the road before hitting hedges.
Police were called to the scene and they determined that John was operating the vehicle while drunk. John was arrested and charged with DWI, reckless driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and another moving violation.
