Samuel Omar Gonzalez, 34, is accused of murdering 27-year-old Armando Alvarez in Miami, Florida on July 23, 2022. Samuel was the land lord at an apartment complex and Armando was a renter.
Around 10 p.m. on July 23rd Samuel and Armando got into an argument during a small pool party at an apartment complex. Samuel is accused of smacking Armando in the face during the argument.
Armando reportedly left the party and went into an apartment unit. Samuel is accused of following Armando and shooting him in the head. Armando died at the scene.
Samuel fled in a BMW vehicle.
The next day police spotted Samuel driving the BMW and conducted a traffic stop. Samuel was arrested without incident and charged with murder.
