Football star quarterback Chirs Leak in trouble, accused of sexual assault teen girl
Chris Leak is currently under investigation by the Orlando Police Department involving the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl. The investigation prompted Leak to resign from his head coaching job at Edgewater High School in Orlando.

You may remember Chris Leak as the standout humble All-American Quarterback at Independence High School from 1999-2002, under the direction of Coach Tom Knotts.
Leak also won a National Championship with the Florida Gators (University of Florida) in 2007, under then head coach Urban Meyer.
The alleged sexual assault took place on September 5, 2016 at Edgewater High School in Orlando, FL.
Leak reportedly was in the trainers building and had just came out of the athletics shower, wearing only a towel. The teenage girl was a trainer and student at the school. Upon exiting the shower, Leak saw the girl in the adjacent training room and asked her to give him a massage on the back leg and front leg areas.
It was then that Leak moved the girl’s hand up to his genitals. The girl left the room. Subsequently, Leak brought her food and drove her home. The victim told a friend, and as apparent hush money Leak gave the friend $100.
The victim went to the school resource officer on October 3rd to report the assault. Leak resigned as head football coach of the school on the same day.
No arrests have been made at this time, as this is an on-going investigation.
