An over zealous ICE agent was arrested after pulling a gun on a 17-year-old kid, now the heat is on ICE
A ICE agent identified as 45-year-old Gerardo Rodriguez was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at a 17-year-old kid in a illegal detainment. ICE and Border Patrol have invaded Charlotte, NC for days, making unconstitutional arrests based off of people just looking latino.

Gerardo was arrested on Nov. 10, 2025 in Temecula, California. Gerardo was off duty from working with ICE. Gerardo was walking around his neighborhood when the teenager was driving a vehicle fast. Gerardo pulled out his ICE issued gun and pointed it at the kid, forcing him out of the car. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
Gerardo told the kid that he was driving too fast. Gerardo is accused of illegally detaining the minor. Gerardo flashed his ICE badge during the encounter too. Video shows a Panda Express was raided by ICE in Charlotte.

Gerado let the kid go and they all left the scene. The kid and Gerardo lived in the same neighborhood as the encounter took place.
The kid told his parents that Agent Gerado pulled a gun on him for speeding. The parents called police to report the matter. Police tracked down Gerado and arrested him, Gerado was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center on assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, and assault by a public officer charges.
