Today is Richard/Ricky’s birthday, he was found dead in bath water after defecating
Richard Stewart, 38, drowned in the bathtub in Charlotte, NC. Richard played football as a linebacker in high school, most knew him as Ricky. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Richard’s birthday is on January 25th.
Richard died on April 2, 2020. Richard was found deceased in the bathroom leaning over the edge of the bathtub face down in the water.
Richard was in the bathtub when he had a syncope due to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Richard was not able to gain consciousness and he drowned in the bath water. Heart disease is a major cause of deaths in Charlotte.
There was fresh defecation in the toilet next to the bath tub Richard was in. No adhesions were present. Richard’s organs were in their normal anatomic positions. His larynx was clear along with his upper and lower airways, free of debris.
His scalp revealed no evidence of injury and there were no skull fractures identified. Richard was out with friends on the evening prior to his death. See more drowning deaths here.
The official cause of death for Richard is drowning in a tub following a syncopal episode precipitated by coronary atherosclerosis.
Richard was a truck driver for several years and sometimes did construction work also.
