26-year-old Carla Bailey committed suicide on February 15, 2022 at an IKEA store in Charlotte, NC. The store is located at 8300 Ikea Blvd.
Carla killed herself in the IKEA parking lot. She was in or near a car when she was found slumped over and bleeding. The vehicle had the driver’s side window busted out. Although the method of suicide is unknown at the moment, Carla was pronounced deceased on scene.
No gunshots were heard.
Shoppers in the IKEA heard a code 1000 over the intercom. The car was surrounded by cops and yellow crime scene tape. The scene backed up customer traffic.
Carla was a fitness expert and was active in body building.
