The security guard was female and she recognized Tommy from a prior encounter and asked him to leave.
Tommy is accused of pushing the lady guard onto the train tracks, which then caused her to strike her head. The guard began to bleed.
The female guard called for emergency assistance over the radio.
“On the train tracks! This man just pushed me! I’m bleeding!”
Tommy is accused of then stealing the security guard’s cellphone and searching through her pockets. Court documents say Tommy stomped on the woman too. Tommy fled the scene but was later arrested charged with assault on female, assault with deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, and trespass on railroad.
The security guard was treated at the hospital, she is expected to sue the City and CATS transportation system.
