21-year-old Brian Collins is accused of shooting 2 men at the Huntersville Commons Apartments on Rockhouse Court Huntersville, NC on September 18, 2021. 26-year-old David Parker and Miguel Pacheco, 26, were shot.
On September 18, 2021 multiple victims were shot at the Huntersville Commons Apartments.
Officers responded to a shots fired 911 call at the apartments around 8 p.m. On arrival, officers located David and Miguel suffering from gunshot wounds.
Brian was identified as the suspect, he was located at the scene suffering from extensive facial injuries stemming from an assault that occurred during the shooting incident.
All men were transported to the hospital. David and Miguel were hospitalized with serious injuries from being shot.
Brian was later arrested on September 20, 2021 and charged with 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill.
