On October 29, 2025 John Buchanan, 60, was found dead at a KFC restaurant located at 2639 Freedom Drive Charlotte, NC. Astonishingly John use to be a minister of music at a church. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
John was found dead at the Kentucky Fried Chicken inside the dumpster. A KFC employee was taking out the trash when John was found in the garbage.
John was partially clothed and had a dirty face. The dumpster was stinky with fried chicken grease and trash. 3 dead rats were also in the dumpster.
The KFC employee jumped back and screamed in fear. 911 was called to the scene to investigate. Paramedics and cops wore masks and gloves when going to retrieve John from the dumpster to avoid direct contact.
John was a minister of music at a church during some point in his adult life, playing the guitar and keyboard, and writing songs for God, but it appears he stopped doing that as his life sprinkled into a downward path.
John’s obituary says John used his gifts to uplift others and glorify God, but his arrest record says otherwise. John has been arrested 8 times.
There is no known cause of death yet, but medical professionals are analyzing John’s body.
